Get A FREE Case Evaluation Our Pittsburgh lawyers will answer all your questions and evaluate your case for free! Once you retain us, we will help you at every stage of your criminal law proceeding. We will keep you fully advised and prepared for your: preliminary hearing, arraignment, pretrial conference, and trial. Rely on us to handle all types of criminal cases, whether your case involve a simple speeding ticket, or more serious misdemeanors or felonies involving either drug possession or sale, criminal negligence, assault, fraud, theft, stolen property possession, DUI (driving under the influence), and DWAI (driving while ability impaired). In each case, we work with the DA and negotiate the best possible agreement.

Felony, Misdemeanor, DUI.

You can rely on us to help you with your DUI. We will pressure for you admittance into the ARD program if you eligibility is questionable. Of course, there are some instances when you might not want ARD. Generally, you can only use ARD once and it’s like a one free pass, or a stay out of jail card. You need to speak with a lawyer to determine whether ARD is right for you. Likewise, a lawyer can push your admittance into the program even if you might not otherwise qualify. Give us a call for help with all your misdemeanor charges, felony charges, or other case in Allegheny County (Pittsburgh), Beaver County, or Washington County.
